In these terms and conditions, the terms ‘We,’ ‘Us,’ and ‘Our’ refer to Corker Media Ltd.

We hereby reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions by uploading the most current version on our website.

By purchasing a Referral Club Card, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

Referral Club Card Benefits:
Being a Referral Club Card holder entitles you to a 12-month period of use, commencing 12 months prior to the expiry date indicated on each card.

Discount Eligibility:
To avail discounts or offers, it is mandatory to present a valid Referral Club Card at the point of sale.

Valid Referral Club Card:
A Referral Club Card is considered valid if:

a) It is in possession of the individual named on the Referral Club Card.
b) It is utilized on or before the expiry date indicated on the Referral Club Card.
c) It is not combined with any other offers or promotions.

Expiry of Referral Club Card:
Once the expiry date on the Referral Club Card has passed, a new Referral Club Card must be purchased.

Discretionary Acceptance:
Participating businesses reserve the right to accept a Referral Club Card at their discretion, should they have doubts regarding its validity.

Proof of Identification:
Participating businesses reserve the right to request proof of identification at the point of sale to verify its consistency with the information displayed on the Referral Club Card.

Exclusive Use:
Only the Referral Club Card holder is entitled to use the card at participating businesses.

Website Updates:
Referral Club will make every effort to update the website regularly. However, neither we nor the participating businesses are liable for outdated discounts or misinformation that may appear online.

Withdrawal of Businesses:
We are not liable for the withdrawal of any participating businesses.

Liability:
Referral Club, Corker Media Ltd, and participating businesses shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Referral Club Card.

Behavior and Experiences:
Referral Club, Corker Media Ltd, and participating businesses shall not be liable for the behavior of Referral Club Card holders or businesses, nor for any experiences that may arise from their interactions.

Lost or Damaged Cards:
Lost or damaged Referral Club Cards are to be replaced by the Referral Club Card holder at their own expense through the original purchase method.

Refund Policy:
No refunds will be issued for Referral Club Cards once they have been dispatched.

Additional Cards:
Additional Referral Club Cards can be purchased for staff members at a discounted rate upon request, provided they are used in conjunction with an active subscription.

Subscription Renewal:
All Referral Club subscriptions will automatically renew after the 12-month period, unless a cancellation is requested at least 30 days before the expiry date.
